1. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Entrant(“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of iTop as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on May 8, 2024, at 0:00 PST and ending on May 15, 2024, at 0:00 PST.

3. How to Enter: The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. To claim your prize, you must provide an email address and agree to the Giveaway Rules as requested. You may enter only once. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of iTop.

4. Giveaway rules and notifications: Just two steps to participate: First, share the love note of a greeting card made by iTop to your social account. Second, write your email to receive the prize. The license code is only valid before 23th May 2024. Please activate it before this date. For the Amazon card prize, share the iTop giveaway page and add the hashtag designated, you are eligible to become a candidate. The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of iTop on 20th May.iTop will send a confirmation email to the Amazon.com eGift Card Winner. The Winner must reply by May 23, 2024, to confirm the card delivery email address. If the Amazon.com eGift Card Winner fails to timely return a completed declaration as required within the deadline, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. iTop will deliver the Amazon.com eGift Card to the Winner by May 30, 2024.iTop shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

5. Terms & Conditions: iTop reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway.
